When Dallas bid for the 2012 Olympics, The City of Euless prepared site plans to revamp the sports facilities. Thomas Hoover was instrumental in conceptualizing their needs for the impending changes. Although Dallas was not awarded the Olympics, the designs created are worthy of future implementation.

On Public sector projects, the civil engineering staff of Thomas Hoover Engineering has assisted municipal utility personnel with services such as utility evaluation, design, and construction. This includes identification of current and future needs., impact fee analysis, planning for new or replacement facilities, and construction services.

These site designs were prepared with an effort to make a natural connection between the highway and surrounding commercial and residential lots. Energy was focused on creating smooth and welcoming entrances, while retaining a green setting. The resulting site designs incorporate aesthetically pleasing passages from the highway to the driveways.

   Our civil engineering staff approaches the project in such a way to ensure that governmental requirements are met while satisfying the owners needs.  On private sector projects, Thomas Hoover Engineering has provided the owner with the complete design package from the site feasibility study through design and construction.
